Simon and Max of SunKing Law Firm represented EU client to collect money

Due to the outbreak of the Pandemic spread from Wuhan China, face mask runs out of inventory. Worldwide business just has no hesitation to pay money against a quotation. Early last April, An Europe Union company wired cash of $ 450 K to a Chinese Bulbs Company for masks. The Bulbs company solicited some low quality masks to ship as part one delivery, but failed to get high quality masks to deliver on time and on a reasonable delayed time.

When the supplier made quotations, it promised to return all and every single penny should it default the shipment. The promise turned to be a baloney. The buyer tried all efforts itself to get the supplier pay back the money for the high quality mask, but failed. Then, the buyer has no alternative but engaged lawyer to collect the money.

Simon has over 25 years of experience representing foreign clients to collect money, either via consultation or litigation.
